Where it started

A list going round on Facebook, February 2016: "which of these items have you experienced" etc. Some yes, some no, some didn't interest me. However, it put some ideas into my head, and I figured it was time I followed some of my friends in committing them to (virtual) paper. And then trying some of them out. The first challenge was undertaken on 1 March 2016, and I have no intention of ever completing the list: the more I tick off, the more I'll add.

The suggestions from friends

Suggested by some of the 'would like to do' items on the original list - plus loads of suggestions from friends.

My original request went something like this:

Genuine question (although I'm quite sure it will produce some answers in suspect taste). Any suggestions for a bucket list? While I'm hardly the sort of person who is short of things to do, I've started to feel that there's a lot more 'reactive' than 'proactive' activity going on in my life, and I'd like a few ideas to focus on for ME. If I say that a couple of my initial thoughts are "Do 10 REAL press-ups", "Pose for a life drawing class" and "Fly in a helicopter" you get the general idea.
(I might regret this posting...)

And back came the replies. Here are most of the more publishable ones (minus a few I'd already done)...
